Description
"Colordance of Summer" shows a quilted wall hanging behind a basket of flowers on a bench, in slanting light from the evening sun. The unique quilt was designed by the artist's friend Susan Kruse. In the art, Moran changed the quilt somewhat in order to enhance the flowers.
The art is painted in oil by hand on gessoboard. Enjoy its details! The artist took her own photos to use as painting references.
